Article 76-2Registration of the Date of Creation

①The author of a work of computer programming may have the date of creation of the work registered; provided, however, that this does not apply after six months have passed since the creation of that work.

②A work of computer programming that has been registered as referred to in the preceding paragraph is presumed to have been created on the registered date.
