A person that violates a confidentiality protective order is subject to imprisonment for a term of up to five years, a fine of up to five million yen, or both.
秘密保持命令に違反した者は、五年以下の拘禁刑若しくは五百万円以下の罰金に処し、又はこれを併科する。
The offence referred to in the preceding paragraph is also applicable if a person commits the offence referred to in that paragraph abroad.
