Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures upon Partial Amendment of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance
第五条（労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 12, paragraph (4) of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance as amended by the preceding Article apply to the labor insurance premiums pertaining to the period on and after April 1, 1979 and, with regard to the labor insurance premiums pertaining to the period prior to the same date, the provisions then in force remain applicable.
前条の規定による改正後の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律第十二条第四項の規定は、昭和五十四年四月一日以後の期間に係る労働保険料について適用し、同日前の期間に係る労働保険料については、なお従前の例による。
