Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Prohibition of Disadvantageous Treatment
第六条（不利益取扱いの禁止）
The business operator may not give any disadvantageous treatment such as dismissal of employment to a worker on the basis of the fact that the worker desires the establishment of insurance relation prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions.
