附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2026; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 1 and the provisions amending Article 3, paragraph (1) come into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act on Carbon Dioxide Storage Business (Act No. 38 of 2024).
この省令は、令和八年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条の改正規定及び第三条第一項の改正規定は、二酸化炭素の貯留事業に関する法律（令和六年法律第三十八号）の施行の日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 3, paragraph (3) of the Ministerial Order on the Useful Life, etc. of Depreciable Assets as amended apply to corporation tax on income for business years of a corporation commencing on or after the effective date of this Ministerial Order, and for corporation tax on income for business years of a corporation that commenced before that date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
改正後の減価償却資産の耐用年数等に関する省令第三条第三項の規定は、法人のこの省令の施行の日以後に開始する事業年度の所得に対する法人税について適用し、法人の同日前に開始した事業年度の所得に対する法人税については、なお従前の例による。
