Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Delegation to Cabinet Order
第五条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, Cabinet Order prescribes the transitional measures that become necessary in connection with the entry into effect of this Act.
この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に関して必要となる経過措置は、政令で定める。
