Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding five months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して五月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Accompanying the Amendment of the Small Enterprise Mutual Relief Projects Act
第四条（小規模企業共済法の改正に伴う経過措置）
The Small Enterprise Mutual Aid Corporation is to become the Small and Medium Enterprise Mutual Aid Corporation at the time this Act comes into effect.
小規模企業共済事業団は、この法律の施行の時において、中小企業共済事業団となるものとする。
With respect to a person who is, at the time this Act comes into effect, using the name Small and Medium Enterprise Mutual Aid Corporation, the provisions of Article 28 of the Act on Small Enterprise Mutual Aid, etc. as amended do not apply for six months after this Act comes into effect.
この法律の施行の際現に中小企業共済事業団という名称を用いている者については、改正後の小規模企業共済等に関する法律第二十八条の規定は、この法律の施行後六月間は、適用しない。
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
