With regard to jurisdiction over an action for the judicial review of an administrative disposition that was filed with the Japan Shipbuilding Industry Foundation as the defendant before the provisions of the preceding Article come into effect pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Case Litigation Act prior to amendment by item (ii) of that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
