Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding four years from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して四年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 3, the provision in Article 60 of the Supplementary Provisions amending Article 52, paragraph (2) of the Commercial Registration Act (Act No. 125 of 1963), and the provisions of Article 125 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation.

Supplementary Provisions, Article 59Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Administrative Case Litigation Act
第五十九条（行政事件訴訟法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 15, paragraph (2) of the Administrative Case Litigation Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 21, paragraph (2) of that Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 38, paragraph (1) of that Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 43, paragraph (2) of that Act) and Article 43, paragraph (1) of that Act), Article 40, paragraph (2) of that Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 43, paragraph (3) of that Act), and Article 43, paragraph (1) of that Act) apply to the service of an order to permit a change of defendant in an action for the revocation of administrative dispositions, a public law-related action that is subject to the statute of limitations for filing an action prescribed in laws and regulations, an action prescribed in Article 43, paragraph (1) of that Act, or an action prescribed in paragraph (3) of that Article (limited to one that is subject to the statute of limitations for filing an action prescribed in laws and regulations), or of an order to permit amendment of a claim in an action for the judicial review of an administrative disposition, an action prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article, or an action prescribed in paragraph (2) of that Article, which is filed on or after the effective date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the service of an order to permit a change of defendant in an action for the revocation of administrative dispositions, a public law-related action that is subject to the statute of limitations for filing an action prescribed in laws and regulations, an action prescribed in Article 43, paragraph (1) of that Act, or an action prescribed in paragraph (3) of that Article (limited to one that is subject to the statute of limitations for filing an action prescribed in laws and regulations), or of an order to permit amendment of a claim in an action for the judicial review of an administrative disposition, an action prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article, or an action prescribed in paragraph (2) of that Article, which was filed before the effective date.
前条の規定による改正後の行政事件訴訟法第十五条第二項（同法第二十一条第二項（同法第三十八条第一項（同法第四十三条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）及び同法第四十三条第一項において準用する場合を含む。）、同法第四十条第二項（同法第四十三条第三項において準用する場合を含む。）及び同法第四十三条第一項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、施行日以後に提起される取消訴訟、法令に出訴期間の定めがある当事者訴訟、同法第四十三条第一項に規定する訴訟若しくは同条第三項に規定する訴訟（法令に出訴期間の定めがあるものに限る。）における被告の変更を許す決定又は抗告訴訟、同条第一項に規定する訴訟若しくは同条第二項に規定する訴訟における訴えの変更を許す決定の送達について適用し、施行日前に提起された取消訴訟、法令に出訴期間の定めがある当事者訴訟、同条第一項に規定する訴訟若しくは同条第三項に規定する訴訟（法令に出訴期間の定めがあるものに限る。）における被告の変更を許す決定又は抗告訴訟、同条第一項に規定する訴訟若しくは同条第二項に規定する訴訟における訴えの変更を許す決定の送達については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 125Delegation to Cabinet Order
第百二十五条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
