Article 40Public Law-Related Actions Subject to Statute of Limitations for Filing an Action
第四十条（出訴期間の定めがある当事者訴訟）
A public law-related action that is subject to the statute of limitations prescribed in laws and regulations may be filed even after the expiration of the statute of limitations for filing that action if there are reasonable grounds for failing to meet that statute of limitations, unless otherwise provided for in the laws and regulations.
法令に出訴期間の定めがある当事者訴訟は、その法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き、正当な理由があるときは、その期間を経過した後であつても、これを提起することができる。
