The provisions of Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 of the Administrative Procedure Act (Act No. 88 of 1993) do not apply to measures to impose or collect the levy or any other amount to be collected pursuant to the provisions of this Subsection.
納付金その他この款の規定による徴収金の賦課又は徴収の処分については、行政手続法（平成五年法律第八十八号）第二章及び第三章の規定は、適用しない。
