The national or local government's appointer must report the appointment and dismissal status for qualifying disabled employees at the relevant organization to the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare once a year, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order.
国及び地方公共団体の任命権者は、毎年一回、政令で定めるところにより、当該機関における対象障害者である職員の任免に関する状況を厚生労働大臣に通報しなければならない。
