JEED must appoint vocational counselors for persons with disabilities in the vocational centers for persons with disabilities.
A vocational counselor must be a person who has passed the examination that the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare designates and has finished the training course that the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare designates, or a person who has the credentials provided for by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
障害者職業カウンセラーは、厚生労働大臣が指定する試験に合格し、かつ、厚生労働大臣が指定する講習を修了した者その他厚生労働省令で定める資格を有する者でなければならない。
