The duties of a liquidator shall be as follows:
清算人の職務は、次のとおりとする。
the conclusion of current business;
現務の結了
the collection of debts and the performance of obligations;
債権の取立て及び債務の弁済
the delivery of residual assets.
残余財産の引渡し
A liquidator may perform any and all acts in order to perform the duties listed in the items of the preceding paragraph.
清算人は、前項各号に掲げる職務を行うために必要な一切の行為をすることができる。
