A director shall have no authority of representation as to any matter involving a conflict of interest between the Society and such director. In the event of such a conflict of interest, the prefectural governor must appoint a special agent at the request of any interested person or by said person's authority.
組合と理事との利益が相反する事項については、理事は、代表権を有しない。この場合においては、都道府県知事は、利害関係人の請求により又は職権で、特別代理人を選任しなければならない。
