If the beneficiary of an employees' pension for surviving family (but only one with a beneficiary who has reached the age of 65) has the right to receive an employees' old-age pension, payment of the part of the employees' pension for surviving family that is equivalent to the amount of the beneficiary's employees' old-age pension is suspended.
