With the cooperation of JPS, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare is to provide the officials of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare who are engaged in the administrative functions connected with employees' pension insurance services with the necessary training to acquire and improve knowledge and skills necessary to ensure appropriate and smooth operation of those functions.
