The provisions of Article 11, Article 13, paragraphs (2), (8), and (9), and Article 14, paragraph (2) (excluding the parts concerning a challenge) of the Non-Contentious Case Procedures Act (Act No. 51 of 2011) apply mutatis mutandis to the disqualification of a civil mediation commissioner.
民事調停委員の除斥については、非訟事件手続法（平成二十三年法律第五十一号）第十一条、第十三条第二項、第八項及び第九項並びに第十四条第二項の規定（忌避に関する部分を除く。）を準用する。
