附 則

この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。

この法律の施行前に訴えが提起された場合における借地借家法（平成三年法律第九十号）第十一条の地代若しくは土地の借賃の額の増減の請求又は同法第三十二条の建物の借賃の額の増減の請求の事件に関しては、なお従前の例による。

改正後の第二十四条の三の規定は、この法律の施行の際現に裁判所に係属している前項の請求に係る調停事件についても、適用する。

商事の紛争に関する調停事件又は鉱業法（昭和二十五年法律第二百八十九号）に定める鉱害の賠償の紛争に関する調停事件でこの法律の施行前に改正前の第三十一条第一項（改正前の第三十三条において準用する場合を含む。）に規定する書面による合意がされているものについては、なお従前の例による。
