Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Special Provisions for the Period of Notification
第六条（届出の期間の特例）
Where a person intending to make a notification under Article 2, paragraph (1), Article 4, paragraph (1), or paragraph (1) of the preceding Article is unable to give the notification within the period prescribed in those provisions due to a natural disaster or other grounds not attributable to that person, the period for that notification is three months from the time it becomes possible to make it.
