Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Penal Provisions
第十一条（罰則）
A person who makes a false notification when giving notification under Article 2, paragraph (1), Article 4, paragraph (1), or Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions is punished by imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine of not more than 200,000 yen.
The crime under the preceding paragraph is governed by the rule under Article 2 of the Penal Code (Act No. 45 of 1907).
