第二条（検討）
The Government, with a target of five years after this Act comes into effect, is to take into account the state of enforcement of each of the Acts as amended by this Act, and, when it finds this necessary, review the provisions of each of the Acts as amended by this Act, including from the viewpoint of ensuring that support, etc. for persons in need prescribed in Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Act on Self-Reliance Support for Persons in Need is fair and easy to understand, and take the necessary measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を目途として、この法律による改正後のそれぞれの法律の施行の状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、生活困窮者自立支援法第三条第一項に規定する生活困窮者に対する支援等が公正で分かりやすいものであることを確保する観点も含めてこの法律による改正後のそれぞれの法律の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
