第二条（検討）
The government is to, aiming to do so within five years after this Act comes into effect, take into account the status of enforcement of the provisions of the Public Assistance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 and Article 2, review the state of regulation based on the provisions of that Act, and, when it finds it necessary, take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を目途として、第一条及び第二条の規定による改正後の生活保護法の規定の施行の状況を勘案し、同法の規定に基づく規制の在り方について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
