Taking into consideration the status of enforcement of the provisions of Article 21-5-15 of the New Child Welfare Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 24-9 of the New Child Welfare Act), Articles 7-2, 18 and 21 of the New Medical Care Act, Article 39 of the New Public Assistance Act, Article 65 of the New Social Welfare Act and Article 36 of the New Services and Supports for Persons with Disabilities Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 38 of the New Services and Supports for Persons with Disabilities Act), etc., the government is to examine the way the standards that the heads of national administrative organs prescribe pursuant to those provisions should be and, when it finds it necessary, is to take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、新児童福祉法第二十一条の五の十五（新児童福祉法第二十四条の九において準用する場合を含む。）、新医療法第七条の二、第十八条及び第二十一条、新生活保護法第三十九条、新社会福祉法第六十五条並びに新障害者自立支援法第三十六条（新障害者自立支援法第三十八条において準用する場合を含む。）の規定の施行の状況等を勘案し、これらの規定に基づき国の行政機関の長が定める基準の在り方について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
