第二十条
With regard to a person requiring long-term care prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (3) of the Former Long-Term Care Insurance Act and a person requiring support prescribed in paragraph (4) of that Article (limited to a person who is not an Insured Person of Long-Term Care Insurance) for whom long-term care assistance is actually being provided at the time this Act comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of Article 15-2 of the Former Public Assistance Act, the provisions of Article 15-2 of the New Public Assistance Act apply by deeming the person, for a period limited to two years counted from the Effective Date and continuously on or after the Effective Date, to be a person requiring long-term care prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (3) of the New Long-Term Care Insurance Act.
この法律の施行の際現に旧生活保護法第十五条の二の規定により介護扶助が行われている旧介護保険法第七条第三項に規定する要介護者及び同条第四項に規定する要支援者（介護保険の被保険者でない者に限る。）については、施行日から起算して二年間に限り、施行日以後引き続き、新介護保険法第七条第三項に規定する要介護者とみなして、新生活保護法第十五条の二の規定を適用する。
