The provisions of Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 of the Administrative Procedure Act (Act No. 88 of 1993) do not apply to dispositions imposed by a Labour Relations Commission (including dispositions imposed by public interest members pursuant to the provisions of Article 24-2, paragraph (4) of this Act and dispositions imposed by local members for adjustment representing public interests pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (5) of the same Article).
