A person who has been required to appear pursuant to the provisions of Article 22, paragraph (1) or a witness pursuant to Article 27-7, paragraph (1), item (i) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 27-17), may be compensated for the expenses as specified by Cabinet Order.
