The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare is to establish the guidelines necessary for hoteliers to appropriately deal with the matters provided for in the preceding two Articles (hereinafter referred to simply as the "guidelines" in this Article).
厚生労働大臣は、前二条に定める事項に関し、営業者が適切に対処するために必要な指針（以下この条において単に「指針」という。）を定めるものとする。
In the case of establishing the guidelines, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare must first hear the opinions of persons with expert knowledge of infectious diseases, persons with expert knowledge and experience concerning services in the hotel business, and users of hotel business facilities.
When the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare has established the guidelines, the Minister must publicize them without delay.
厚生労働大臣は、指針を定めたときは、遅滞なく、これを公表しなければならない。
The provisions of the preceding two paragraphs apply mutatis mutandis to changes to the guidelines.
