第八条（検討）
If five years have elapsed since this Act came into effect, the Government is to take into consideration the status of enforcement of the new Act, and, when it finds it to be necessary, review the provisions of the new Act and take the necessary measures based on the results of the review.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を経過した場合において、新法の施行の状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、新法の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
