附 則
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The Cannabis Control Regulations (Ministry of Health and Welfare and Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Order No. 1 of 1947), made pursuant to Imperial Ordinance No. 542 of 1945, the Imperial Ordinance Concerning Orders Issued in Consequence of Acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration, are repealed.
昭和二十年勅令第五百四十二号ポツダム宣言の受諾に伴い発する命令に関する件に基く大麻取締規則（昭和二十二年厚生省・農林省令第一号）は、これを廃止する。
