The authority of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare under the provisions of this Act, pursuant to Ordinances of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, may be delegated to the chief of the Regional Bureau of Health and Welfare.
この法律に規定する厚生労働大臣の権限は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、地方厚生局長に委任することができる。
The authority delegated to the chief of the Regional Bureau of Health and Welfare pursuant to the preceding paragraph may be delegated, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinances of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, to the chief of the Regional Branch Bureau of Health and Welfare or to the chief of regional narcotics control office.
前項の規定により地方厚生局長に委任された権限は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、地方厚生支局長又は地方麻薬取締支所の長に委任することができる。
