When a type 1 Cannabis plant harvesting cultivator has violated a provision of this Act, a disposition of the prefectural governor based on a provision of this Act, or a condition attached to the license prescribed in this Act or to the permission of the prefectural governor, has committed a crime or an unlawful act in connection with the cultivator's business, or has come to fall under any of Article 5, paragraph (2), items (ii) through (viii), the prefectural governor may revoke the license or order the discontinuation of the cultivation of Cannabis plants for a specified period.
都道府県知事は、第一種大麻草採取栽培者が、この法律の規定、この法律の規定に基づく都道府県知事の処分若しくはこの法律に規定する免許若しくは都道府県知事の許可に付した条件に違反したとき、その業務に関し犯罪若しくは不正の行為をしたとき、又は第五条第二項第二号から第八号までのいずれかに該当するに至つたときは、免許を取り消し、又は期間を定めて、大麻草の栽培の中止を命ずることができる。
When the prefectural governor has revoked a license under the preceding paragraph, the governor is to delete the registration from the type 1 Cannabis plant harvesting cultivator register.
When a type 1 Cannabis plant harvesting cultivator has violated a provision of this Act or a condition attached to the permission of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare prescribed in this Act, or has committed a crime or an unlawful act in connection with the cultivator's business, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may revoke the permission under Article 12-4, paragraph (1) or order the discontinuation of the processing of Cannabis plants under that paragraph for a specified period.
厚生労働大臣は、第一種大麻草採取栽培者が、この法律の規定若しくはこの法律に規定する厚生労働大臣の許可に付した条件に違反したとき、又はその業務に関し犯罪若しくは不正の行為をしたときは、第十二条の四第一項の許可を取り消し、又は期間を定めて、同項の規定による大麻草の加工の中止を命ずることができる。
