Article 73Standards for Calculating the Amount of Special Long-Term Care Insurance Premium
第七十三条（特別介護保険料額の算定の基準）
The standards for calculating the amount of special long-term care insurance premium specified by Cabinet Order as referred to in Article 8, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act are as follows:
法附則第八条第二項の政令で定める特別介護保険料額の算定の基準は、次のとおりとする。

基準介護保険料額は、次のいずれにも該当するものであること。
it is a fixed amount for one grade, or two or more grades, of standard monthly remuneration;
一又は二以上の標準報酬月額の等級区分について一定の額であること。
the standard long-term care insurance premium amount for insured persons, etc. bearing the special long-term care insurance premium who belong to a grade of lower standard monthly remuneration does not exceed the standard long-term care insurance premium amount for insured persons, etc. bearing the special long-term care insurance premium who belong to a grade of higher standard monthly remuneration.
標準報酬月額の低い等級区分に属する特別介護保険料負担被保険者等の基準介護保険料額が標準報酬月額の高い等級区分に属する特別介護保険料負担被保険者等の基準介護保険料額を上回るものでないこと。
