第一条の三（健康保険組合の設立に必要な被保険者の数）
The number specified by Cabinet Order as referred to in Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Act is 700.
法第十一条第一項の政令で定める数は、七百人とする。
The number specified by Cabinet Order as referred to in Article 11, paragraph (2) of the Act is 3,000.
法第十一条第二項の政令で定める数は、三千人とする。
