附則第一条第一号に掲げる規定の施行前に旧特定研究等活動、旧特定情報処理活動、旧特定研究等家族滞在活動又は旧特定情報処理家族滞在活動を行おうとする者としてした旧法第七条の二第一項の証明書の交付の申請は、それぞれ、新特定研究等活動、新特定情報処理活動、新特定研究等家族滞在活動又は新特定情報処理家族滞在活動を行おうとする者としてした新法第七条の二第一項の証明書の交付の申請とみなす。
An application for the issuance of the certificate under Article 7-2, paragraph (1) of the Former Act filed before the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect by a person seeking to engage in former specified research activities, etc., former specified information processing activities, former specified research, etc. family stay activities or former specified information processing family stay activities is deemed to be an application for the issuance of the certificate under Article 7-2, paragraph (1) of the New Act filed by a person seeking to engage in new specified research activities, etc., new specified information processing activities, new specified research, etc. family stay activities or new specified information processing family stay activities, respectively.
