旧特区法第二十六条第一項に規定する特定情報処理活動（以下「旧特定情報処理活動」という。） 新法別表第一の五の表の下欄（ロに係る部分に限る。）に掲げる活動（以下「新特定情報処理活動」という。）
specified information processing activities prescribed in Article 26, paragraph (1) of the former Special Districts Act (hereinafter referred to as "former specified information processing activities"): the activities set forth in the right-hand column of Appended Table I (5) of the new Act (limited to the part pertaining to (b)) (hereinafter referred to as "new specified information processing activities");
