With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 30 of the New Act during the period until the day preceding the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Penal Code (Act No. 67 of 2022) comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Penal Code enforcement date" in this Article), the term "imprisonment" in the same Article is deemed to be replaced with "imprisonment with work". The same applies with regard to the application of the provisions of the same Article on or after the Penal Code enforcement date to acts committed before the Penal Code enforcement date.
