第三条
The document of the special permanent residence permit in Appended Form No. 3 of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Special Act on the Immigration Control of Inter Alia, Those Who Have Lost Japanese Nationality Pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan (Ministry of Justice Order No. 27 of 1991; hereinafter referred to as the "Former Regulation") prior to amendment by this Ministerial Order is deemed, for the time being even after the date of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), to be the document of the special permanent residence permit in Form No. 3 of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Special Act on the Immigration Control of Inter Alia, Those Who Have Lost Japanese Nationality Pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan as amended by this Ministerial Order (Ministry of Justice Order No. 44 of 2011; hereinafter referred to as the "New Regulation").
この省令による改正前の日本国との平和条約に基づき日本の国籍を離脱した者等の出入国管理に関する特例法施行規則（平成三年法務省令第二十七号。以下「旧規則」という。）別記第三号様式の特別永住許可書の書面は、この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）後においても、当分の間、この省令による改正後の日本国との平和条約に基づき日本の国籍を離脱した者等の出入国管理に関する特例法施行規則（平成二十三年法務省令第四十四号。以下「新規則」という。）第三号様式の特別永住許可書の書面とみなす。
