第十九条（小規模企業共済等に関する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
An application for a mutual aid contract, an application for an increase or decrease in the monthly premium, and other procedures carried out pursuant to the provisions of the Act on Small Enterprise Mutual Aid, etc. before amendment (excluding Chapter III) before the provisions of the preceding Article come into effect are deemed to have been carried out pursuant to the provisions of the Small Enterprise Mutual Relief Projects Act as amended.
前条の規定の施行前に改正前の小規模企業共済等に関する法律（第三章を除く。）の規定によつてした共済契約の申込み、掛金月額の増加又は減少の申込みその他の手続は、改正後の小規模企業共済法の規定によつてしたものとみなす。
With respect to a mutual aid policyholder of a type 1 mutual aid contract prescribed in Article 2-3 of the Small Enterprise Mutual Relief Projects Act as amended for whom a cause set out in the items of Article 7, paragraph (3) of the Act on Small Enterprise Mutual Aid, etc. before amendment arose before the provisions of the preceding Article come into effect (excluding a person who has made a notification concerning that cause pursuant to Article 22-2 of the Act on Small Enterprise Mutual Aid, etc. before amendment and a person who has violated the provisions of that Article), that cause is deemed to have arisen at the time the provisions of the preceding Article come into effect, and the provisions of the Small Enterprise Mutual Relief Projects Act as amended (including penal provisions) apply.
前条の規定の施行前に改正前の小規模企業共済等に関する法律第七条第三項各号に掲げる事由が生じた改正後の小規模企業共済法第二条の三に規定する第一種共済契約の共済契約者（当該事由に関し、改正前の小規模企業共済等に関する法律第二十二条の二の規定により届出をした者及び同条の規定に違反した者を除く。）については、前条の規定の施行の時に当該事由が生じたものとみなし、改正後の小規模企業共済法の規定（罰則を含む。）を適用する。
With regard to the application of penal provisions to an act in violation of the provisions of the Act on Small Enterprise Mutual Aid, etc. before amendment that was committed before the provisions of the preceding Article come into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
前条の規定の施行前にした改正前の小規模企業共済等に関する法律の規定に違反する行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
