附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date on which the amending Act comes into effect (April 1, 2027); provided, however, that the provisions of Article 14 come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この政令は、改正法の施行の日（令和九年四月一日）から施行する。ただし、第十四条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
