特別区に関する改正規定（とくべつくにかんするかいせいきてい）

In Article 1 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 71 of 1974, that Act's amendments to Articles 281 and 281-3, Article 282, paragraph 2, Article 282-2, paragraph 2 and Article 283, paragraph 2 of the Local Tax Act and to Articles 17 to 19 of its supplementary provisions, together with Article 2, Articles 7 to 11 and Articles 13 to 24 of that Act's own supplementary provisions, which came into effect on 1 April 1975.

旧情報通信産業振興地域（きゅうじょうほうつうしんさんぎょうしんこうちいき）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 4 of 2022, an information and communications industry promotion area as referred to in Article 28, paragraph (2), item (ii) of the Act on Special Measures for the Promotion and Development of Okinawa, set out on the day before that Act came into effect in a previously submitted promotion plan (旧提出情報通信産業振興計画) as referred to in Article 4, paragraph (1) of the supplementary provisions of Act No. 7 of 2022 (沖振法等改正法).

Short name, used in the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 28 of 2023, for the Special Criminal Act Attendant upon the Enforcement of the "Agreement Regarding the Status of United Nations Forces in Japan" (Act No. 151 of 1954).

第四号厚生年金被保険者期間（だいよんごうこうせいねんきんひほけんしゃきかん）

In Article 7-5, paragraph (2) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of this Act as Article 8-2 of the supplementary provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 34 of 1985) has it read for now, a category 4 insured period under Employees' Pension Insurance (厚生年金保険) as provided in Article 2-5, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, that is, time a person was insured under Employees' Pension Insurance while enrolled in the mutual aid scheme for private school teachers and staff (私立学校教職員共済制度), which that reading still has confirmed by the Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation for Private Schools of Japan (日本私立学校振興・共済事業団).

第三号改正後厚生年金保険法（だいさんごうかいせいごこうせいねんきんほけんほう）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 64 of 2014, the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 3 of that Act, in the part listed in Article 1, item (iii) of those supplementary provisions.

日国連裁判権議定書刑事特別法（にちこくれんさいばんけんぎていしょけいじとくべつほう）

Short name, used in the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 28 of 2023, for the Special Criminal Act Attendant upon the Enforcement of the Protocol on the Exercise of Criminal Jurisdiction over United Nations Forces in Japan (Act No. 265 of 1953).

Short name, used in the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 28 of 2023, for the Special Criminal Act Attendant upon the Enforcement of the Protocol on the Exercise of Criminal Jurisdiction over United Nations Forces in Japan (Act No. 265 of 1953).

投資顧問業法（とうしこもんぎょうほう）

Short name, in Article 1 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 97 of 2004, for the law regulating securities investment advisory business (有価証券に係る投資顧問業の規制等に関する法律), Article 29-3 of which Article 6 of that Act amended.

外国証券業者法（がいこくしょうけんぎょうしゃほう）

Short name, in Article 1 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 97 of 2004, for the law on foreign securities firms (外国証券業者に関する法律), Article 36, paragraph (2) of which Article 2 of that Act amended.

認定法人（にんていほうじん）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 4 of 2022, as they reword item (i) of the table in Article 60, paragraph (1): a certified corporation under Article 31, paragraph (2) of the Act on Special Measures for the Promotion and Development of Okinawa that received the competent minister's confirmation in the period that item sets, as distinct from a corporation still certified under the former rules (旧認定法人).

譲渡割課税道府県（じょうとわりかぜいどうふけん）

The prefecture named in Article 72-87, paragraph 1, where a business's place listed for its category in Article 72-78, paragraph 2 lies; for the time being Article 9-5 of the supplementary provisions (附則) has returns of the transfer levy of the local consumption tax (譲渡割) made to the district director of the tax office (税務署長) instead of that prefecture's governor.

相当技能実習計画（そうとうぎのうじっしゅうけいかく）

In Article 9, item (iv) as Article 4 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of this Act reads it for the time being, a plan an order of the competent ministry (主務省令) specifies for the activities of a holder of the former Technical Intern Training status of residence (旧技能実習在留資格者等), which takes the place of the stage (i) or stage (ii) technical intern training plan whose goal of passing a trade skills test or evaluation examination must have been met.

読替え後の新法人税法（よみかえごのしんほうじんぜいほう）

The Corporation Tax Act as amended by Article 2 of the Act Partially Amending the Income Tax Act, etc. (Act No. 7 of 2018), read with the modifications Article 21, paragraph 2 of that Act's supplementary provisions (附則) makes.
