The amount the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare sets, in view of average household spending on food and the average cost of meals at specified long-term care insurance facilities (特定介護保険施設等), that is deducted from the cost of dietary treatment (食事療養) in working out inpatient dietary treatment expenses (入院時食事療養費); a separate amount applies to persons a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) specifies in view of their income and other circumstances.
大型自動車使用者等
A user (使用者) who must appoint a maintenance manager (整備管理者) under Article 50, paragraph (1): one using, at a base of operations (使用の本拠), at least the number a Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Order (国土交通省令) sets of motor vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of 8 tonnes or more or of other kinds that Order specifies.

The training a prefectural governor (都道府県知事) runs, as a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) provides, which a person with the practical experience such an Order sets must complete, after passing the long-term care support specialist examination (介護支援専門員実務研修受講試験), to be registered as a long-term care support specialist under Article 69-2, paragraph (1).

A dispatched worker employed for a fixed term (有期雇用派遣労働者) whom a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) specifies as expected to work continuously for one year or more on the work of the same organizational unit (組織単位) at a client's place of business or other place of assigned work.
関連電気通信役務提供者
A person who provided a telecommunications service (電気通信役務) using telecommunications facilities (電気通信設備) used for the violation-related telecommunications (侵害関連通信) connected with the specified telecommunications (特定電気通信) concerned, other than the specified telecommunications service provider (特定電気通信役務提供者) of that specified telecommunications under Article 5, paragraph (1); from such a person, disclosure of sender identification information (発信者情報) can be demanded under Article 5, paragraph (2).
