The kinds of information listed in Article 5, items (i) to (vi), that the head of an administrative organ (行政機関) is not bound to disclose when a requested administrative document (行政文書) records them: in outline, information about individuals, anonymized personal information held by administrative organs and what was removed to make it, some information about corporations and businesses, and information whose release would risk harm to national security or foreign relations, public safety and order, frank deliberation within the public sector, or the proper conduct of public work.

In Article 95-6, paragraph (1), the document certifying that the validity of a license information record (免許情報記録) has been renewed, which Article 101-4-2, paragraph (3), as Article 107 reads it, has issued to a person who had their license recorded on an Individual Number Card (個人番号カード) but now holds neither a license card (免許証) nor such a card.
In Article 16-2, paragraph (1), items (xii) to (xiv) and Article 16-4, paragraphs (7) and (8), a subsidiary company of a bank that is a company of the kind in Article 16-2, paragraph (1), item (xi) and that a Cabinet Office Order (内閣府令) specifies.

In Article 86-5, short name for the Act on Waste Management and Public Cleaning (Act No. 137 of 1970).
The particulars — the person's name (with their individual number, for a minor's account), the fact that a written notification closing the account was received, the date the account was closed, and others a Ministry of Finance Order (財務省令) sets — that the head of a financial instruments business operator's office must send to the district tax office through the specified electronic data processing system after receiving a notification closing a tax-exempt account (非課税口座) or a minor's account (未成年者口座).
A public interest trust (公益信託) under Article 40, paragraph (1), item (ii) that received a gift or bequest approved under that paragraph (特定贈与等), whose trustee, when the trust ends, intends to pass the property to another public interest corporation, etc. (公益法人等) or another public interest trust that is to take the residual property (帰属権利者).

In Article 42-13(3) and (4), the business year in which a corporation claiming two or more of the tax credits listed in Article 42-13(1) had the part of them exceeding 90% of its pre-adjustment corporation tax amount (調整前法人税額) disallowed under that paragraph.
In Article 61(1) and (3), a domestic corporation filing a blue return (青色申告書) that, at the end of a business year, is a corporation designated under Article 27-3 of the National Strategic Special Zones Act (国家戦略特別区域法) between the day Act No. 55 of 2016 came into effect and 31 March 2028.
Petroleum and bituminous oils and their preparations listed under headings 2710.12, 2710.19 and 2710.20 of the Appended Table of the Customs Tariff Act, other than crude oil (粗油) under 2710.19-1-(3) or 2710.20-1-(4) on which petroleum and coal tax has been paid.

The range within which the allocation percentage (按分割合) for splitting a couple's pension records after a divorce must be set: more than the existing share of the person subject to a class II revision (第二号改定者) in the two parties' combined aggregate amounts of standardized remuneration for the subject period (対象期間標準報酬総額), and no more than one half.
An official of a prefecture whom the governor designates and who, under Article 396, may question persons and inspect records where needed for an examination for deciding fixed asset values, or for advice or a recommendation on the fixed assets tax (固定資産税).

In Article 19-4, paragraph (1), a share (including a capital contribution or an investment unit (投資口)) whose transfer is restricted for a set period and which the corporation will take back for nothing if the holder does not keep working for a set time or if work or business results fall short, as Article 84, paragraph (2) of the Order for Enforcement of the Income Tax Act (Cabinet Order No. 96 of 1965) defines it.
In Article 30 and Article 33, paragraph (2), the Ministerial Order (省令) on the useful life of depreciable assets (Ministry of Finance Order No. 15 of 1965) as it stood before Ministry of Finance Order No. 32 of 2008 amended it.
In Article 77-2, paragraph (1) and Article 77-3, paragraph (1), a retirement mutual aid pension (退職共済年金) listed in Article 72, paragraph (1), item (i) of the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act as it stood before the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. to Unify, etc. the Employees' Pension Systems (Act No. 63 of 2012) amended it, as kept in force by Article 37, paragraph (1) of that Act's supplementary provisions (附則).
