When, without justifiable grounds, a person has failed to make a report, or has made a false report, under the provisions of Article 44, paragraph (1), Article 54, paragraph (1) (including the cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 54-2, paragraphs (5) and (6) and Article 55, paragraph (2); hereinafter the same shall apply in this Article), Article 55-6, Article 74, paragraph (2), item (i) or Article 80-3, paragraph (1), has, without justifiable grounds, failed to submit or present articles under the provisions of Article 54, paragraph (1) or has submitted or presented false articles, has, without justifiable grounds, failed to answer or has given a false answer to questions by a relevant official under the provisions of that paragraph or Article 80-3, paragraph (1), or has, without justifiable grounds, refused, obstructed or avoided an investigation or inspection by a relevant official under the provisions of Article 28, paragraph (1) (excluding the case of violation by the person requiring public assistance), Article 44, paragraph (1), Article 54, paragraph (1) or Article 80-3, paragraph (1), the person who committed the violation shall be punished by a fine of not more than 300,000 yen.
正当な理由がなくて第四十四条第一項、第五十四条第一項（第五十四条の二第五項及び第六項並びに第五十五条第二項において準用する場合を含む。以下この条において同じ。）、第五十五条の六、第七十四条第二項第一号若しくは第八十条の三第一項の規定による報告を怠り、若しくは虚偽の報告をし、正当な理由がなくて第五十四条第一項の規定による物件の提出若しくは提示をせず、若しくは虚偽の物件の提出若しくは提示をし、同項若しくは第八十条の三第一項の規定による当該職員の質問に対して、正当な理由がなくて答弁せず、若しくは虚偽の答弁をし、又は正当な理由がなくて第二十八条第一項（要保護者が違反した場合を除く。）、第四十四条第一項、第五十四条第一項若しくは第八十条の三第一項の規定による当該職員の調査若しくは検査を拒み、妨げ、若しくは忌避した場合には、当該違反行為をした者は、三十万円以下の罰金に処する。
