第七条（検討）
In the case where three years have passed since the enforcement of this Act, if the Government finds it necessary in light of the status of the enforcement of the provisions of the Act on Improvement of Personnel Management, etc. for Part-Time Workers after the amendment by this Act, it is to review those provisions and take the necessary measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後三年を経過した場合において、この法律による改正後の短時間労働者の雇用管理の改善等に関する法律の規定の施行の状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、当該規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
