Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures concerning Special Provisions on the Promotion of the Resolution of Disputes
第五条（紛争の解決の促進に関する特例に関する経過措置）
With regard to a dispute pertaining to mediation under Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Act on Promoting the Resolution of Individual Labor-Related Disputes (Act No. 112 of 2001) that is, at the time of the enforcement of this Act, actually pending before the Dispute Coordinating Committee under Article 6, paragraph (1) of that Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 20 of the Act on Improvement of Personnel Management, etc. for Part-Time Workers after the amendment by Article 2.
この法律の施行の際現に個別労働関係紛争の解決の促進に関する法律（平成十三年法律第百十二号）第六条第一項の紛争調整委員会に係属している同法第五条第一項のあっせんに係る紛争については、第二条の規定による改正後の短時間労働者の雇用管理の改善等に関する法律第二十条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
