第二条（検討）
In the case where three years have passed after the enforcement of this Act, if the Government finds it necessary in light of the status of the enforcement of the provisions of this Act, it is to review the provisions of this Act and take the necessary measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後三年を経過した場合において、この法律の規定の施行の状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、この法律の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
