The provisions of Articles 134 through 141-2 of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to any special collection of insurance premiums implemented pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article. In such a case, any necessary technical replacement of terms shall be specified by Cabinet Order.
介護保険法第百三十四条から第百四十一条の二までの規定は、前条の規定により行う保険料の特別徴収について準用する。この場合において、必要な技術的読替えは、政令で定める。
