In cases where co-payment shall be made pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, any fraction of less than five yen in the amount of co-payment set forth in the same paragraph shall be rounded down to the nearest ten yen, whereas any fraction of more than five yen and less than ten yen shall be rounded up to the nearest ten yen.
