When there are no persons who qualify as liquidators pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article or when any damage is likely to occur due to a vacancy in the position of liquidators, the court may appoint a liquidator(s) at the request of an interested person or a public prosecutor, or by the court's own authority.
前条の規定により清算人となる者がないとき、又は清算人が欠けたため損害を生ずるおそれがあるときは、裁判所は、利害関係人若しくは検察官の請求により又は職権で、清算人を選任することができる。
